It is said as Americans we are the among the wealthiest 3% of people on earth. And of those who have lived on earth we are among the wealthiest .5% of people who have ever lived.
Jesus said, "From everyone who has been given much, much will
be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted
with much, much more will be asked."
Open Door Church is very involved in missions, both home and abroad. Through International Child Care Ministries, our families sponsor numerous children around the world.
We are excited to help support two missionary families – Kay Stotts, serving in Chile, and Thom and Sherry Cahill, serving in Thailand. Our church also fills hundreds of shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child, along with providing toys and clothing for low-income families in our community.
